por un Comisario General de la instituci\u00f3n, perteneciente al Cuerpo de Seguridad, debiendo ser funcionario de carrera y hallarse en actividad. Su designaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 por el Poder Ejecutivo. Tiene su asiento en la capital de la Provincia.<\/p>\n<p>Son funciones del Se\u00f1or Subjefe de Polic\u00eda:<\/p>\n<p>a) Reemplazar al jefe de Polic\u00eda en su ausencia, colaborando con el mismo;<\/p>\n<p>b) Reemplazar al Jefe de Polic\u00eda en la Presidencia del Tribunal Disciplinario;<\/p>\n<p>c) Presidir la Junta de Calificaciones para ascensos de oficiales, subalternos, suboficiales y dem\u00e1s agentes de la instituci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n<p>d) Proponer formalmente los cambios de destino fundados en \u201crazones de servicio\u201d, conforme a los estudios realizados por la Direcci\u00f3n Personal y el asesoramiento del Consejo Asesor Superior;<\/p>\n<p>e) Presidir las comisiones que se integren para discernir premios u otras distinciones al personal;<\/p>\n<p>f) Presidir el Consejo Asesor Superior;<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo Asesor Superior es el \u00f3rgano de asesoramiento y planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la Jefatura de Polic\u00eda.
