Adem\u00e1s, le hallaron sustancia estupefaciente por lo que fue notificado por transgredir la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho se origin\u00f3 minutos despu\u00e9s de las 13:50, cuando una patrulla de motoristas que realizaba tareas preventivas por calle 12 de septiembre, fue alertada por un vecino que circulaba en la bicisenda que un sujeto que se movilizaba en un autom\u00f3vil VW Vento, le hab\u00eda sustra\u00eddo un tel\u00e9fono celular bajo amenazas de una presunta arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente los polic\u00edas comenzaron la busca de este veh\u00edculo, logrando divisar a pocas cuadras. El conductor al percatarse de la presencia de los polic\u00edas, emprendi\u00f3 la huida por diversas arterias haciendo caso omiso a las voces de alto, hasta que en calle candelaria el ocupante descendi\u00f3 del rodado continuando la fuga a pie d\u00f3nde ingres\u00f3 a un domicilio a punta de elementos contundentes, amenazando a los moradores, pero el r\u00e1pido accionar policial permiti\u00f3 aprenderlo, reducirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al identificar al hombre de 26 a\u00f1os, constataron que ten\u00eda entre sus pertenencias un tel\u00e9fono con similares caracter\u00edsticas al sustra\u00eddo.
