{"id":10664,"date":"2021-09-10T08:46:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-10T11:46:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=10664"},"modified":"2021-09-10T08:46:06","modified_gmt":"2021-09-10T11:46:06","slug":"0840-cria-3-jovenes-demorados-y-notificados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0840-cria-3-jovenes-demorados-y-notificados\/","title":{"rendered":"08:40 CR\u00cdA 3\u00b0: J\u00f3venes demorados y notificados."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Personal de Comisar\u00eda Tercera junto a sus pares del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos procedieron ayer (09\/09), a la notificaci\u00f3n de dos sujetos por transgredir la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes N\u00b023.737, y luego demorados por resistencia a la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocurri\u00f3 en horas de la madrugada, cuando el Centro de Operaciones Policiales solicit\u00f3 la presencia de un m\u00f3vil de jurisdicci\u00f3n en calles Rawson y Abraham para identificar a los ocupantes de un autom\u00f3vil VW Gol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al arribar, uniformados observaron que uno de los sujetos se percat\u00f3 de la presencia policial lanzando del interior del veh\u00edculo hacia el suelo, un estuche negro abierto, trat\u00e1ndose presuntamente de sustancia prohibida, la que se estar\u00eda comercializando en el momento, mostr\u00e1ndose hostiles y negando su identificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos m\u00e1s tarde, personal del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos se present\u00f3 confirmando a trav\u00e9s del test orientativo, un total de 27 gramos de cannabis sativa, distribuidos en distintos envoltorios de nylon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como consecuencia, procedieron al secuestro de lo hallado y a la notificaci\u00f3n de los dos sujetos de 29 y 21 a\u00f1os por transgredir la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes N\u00b023.737.
