Cr\u00eda 2\u00b0: Secuestro de motocicleta y demora por infracci\u00f3n a la ley de estupefaciente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la madrugada de hoy (25-09), personal de Comisar\u00eda 2\u00b0, de la Direcci\u00f3n Transito y Antinarc\u00f3ticos, demoraron a un hombre, secuestraron la motocicleta en la que circulaba e incautaron sustancia estupefacientes en inmediaciones al Puente Carretero que une Neuqu\u00e9n Cipolletti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo comenz\u00f3 pasadas las 04:30 horas, cuando el personal policial realizaba patrullajes preventivos sobre calles Saturnino Torres y Perticone, donde divisaron al conductor de una motocicleta en actitud sospechosa, por lo que solicitaron detuviera su marcha; este sujeto hizo caso omiso y emprendi\u00f3 la huida hacia el puente carretero, donde aminor\u00f3 la marcha y descendi\u00f3 de la motocicleta ofuscado e insultando al personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese momento se procedi\u00f3 a la correcta identificaci\u00f3n del hombre de 28 a\u00f1os, quien no depon\u00eda su actitud amenazante contra el personal, quienes al realizarle el palpado de seguridad encontraron en uno de los bolsillos del hombre un frasco con una sustancia verdosa, presumiblemente cannabis sativa, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de personal del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos Neuqu\u00e9n, quienes al llegar al lugar realizaron el test correspondiente, el que arroj\u00f3 como resultado 6 gramos de marihuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese mismo momento y en colaboraci\u00f3n, el personal policial del Puente Carretero, dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Neuqu\u00e9n, verificaron la documentaci\u00f3n del birrodado constatando que carec\u00eda de seguro obligatorio y su conductor no pose\u00eda licencia de conducir, por cuanto procedieron al secuestro de la moto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este accionar el hombre comenz\u00f3 a ofuscarse cada vez m\u00e1s y entorpecer el procedimiento policial, siendo demorado y trasladado a la Unidad Policial correspondiente, notificado en el lugar por la trasgresi\u00f3n al art. 50 del C.P.A y a la Ley Nacional de estupefacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
