{"id":11945,"date":"2021-10-11T09:23:38","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T12:23:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=11945"},"modified":"2021-10-11T09:23:44","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T12:23:44","slug":"secuestro-y-alcoholemia-positiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/secuestro-y-alcoholemia-positiva\/","title":{"rendered":"SECUESTRO Y ALCOHOLEMIA POSITIVA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Ayer (10\/10), personal de Comisar\u00eda 49\u00b0 junto a sus pares de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito, secuestraron un autom\u00f3vil que era conducido por un hombre en estado de ebriedad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>El episodio tuvo lugar minutos antes de las 20:00, cuando personal de la mencionada Unidad realizaba patrullaje preventivo por <\/em>Ruta Provincial N\u00b0 07<em>, observando a un autom\u00f3vil Chevrolet celta &nbsp;con varios ocupantes, realizando maniobras indebidas <\/em>el cual zigzagueaba sali\u00e9ndose de los l\u00edmites del carril<em>, luego que <\/em>el personal policial comenz\u00f3 a hacerle se\u00f1as lum\u00ednicas y sonoras al conductor del veh\u00edculo<em>, <\/em><em>logr\u00f3 detenerlos procediendo a la correcta identificaci\u00f3n, siendo cuatro hombres mayores de edad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>All\u00ed los intervinientes, notaron que ambos presentaban irregularidades al expresarse y poca coordinaci\u00f3n en sus movimientos corporales por lo que solicitaron la presencia de Tr\u00e1nsito policial, realizando la prueba de alcotest al conductor, arrojando <\/em>1.59 <em>gramos de alcohol por litro de sangre.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Como resultado el autom\u00f3vil fue secuestrado y trasladado al predio de secuestros quedando a disposici\u00f3n del Tribunal de Faltas local y en cuanto al conductor infraccionado por trasgredir la Ley Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayer (10\/10), personal de Comisar\u00eda 49\u00b0 junto a sus pares de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito, secuestraron un autom\u00f3vil que era conducido por un hombre en estado de ebriedad.
