{"id":12095,"date":"2021-10-15T09:09:48","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T12:09:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=12095"},"modified":"2021-10-15T09:11:29","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T12:11:29","slug":"0907-demoran-a-joven-con-cuatro-pedidos-de-captura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0907-demoran-a-joven-con-cuatro-pedidos-de-captura\/","title":{"rendered":"09:07 Demoran a joven con cuatro pedidos de captura"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"12095\" class=\"elementor elementor-12095\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4cee8dc4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4cee8dc4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-25bfb6a7\" data-id=\"25bfb6a7\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe2d8f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe2d8f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Un joven de 20 a\u00f1os de edad que registraba cuatro pedidos de captura en su contra, fue demorado en la noche del mi\u00e9rcoles, durante un procedimiento realizado por personal policial de la Comisar\u00eda 21\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocurri\u00f3 minutos antes de las 22, cuando una patrulla motorizada de la mencionada Dependencia Policial, se dispuso a identificar&nbsp; a dos ocupantes de una motocicleta, que circulaba realizando maniobras indebidas por el sector del Parque Lineal del barrio Uni\u00f3n de Mayo.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, cuando los uniformados le ordenaron al motociclista detener la marcha, este lejos de acatar la orden embisti\u00f3 la moto de uno de los efectivos, para inmediatamente despu\u00e9s emprender fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Paso de los Andes y Juan Jos\u00e9 Paso, el conductor del birrodado abandon\u00f3 la moto, dej\u00e1ndola caer al suelo junto con la acompa\u00f1ante que viajaba con \u00e9l. La mujer, una adolescente de 17 a\u00f1os de edad, no sufri\u00f3 lesiones producto de la ca\u00edda, en tanto que el sujeto continu\u00f3 con la fuga a pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente, el personal policial inici\u00f3 un operativo tendiente a dar con el joven y producto de ello, dieron con un vecino que indic\u00f3 haber sentido ruidos extra\u00f1os en el patio de su vivienda, lugar en el que pudieron dar con el sujeto luego de un meticuloso rastrillaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras cotejar los datos identificatorios del sujeto a trav\u00e9s del Centro de An\u00e1lisis Criminal, el personal policial pudo conocer adem\u00e1s que sobre \u00e9l reca\u00edan cuatro pedidos de captura, el primero de ellos vinculado a una causa por encubrimiento, otro por portaci\u00f3n ilegal de arma de uso civil, el tercero por violaci\u00f3n de domicilio y el restante por robo con arma de fuego apta para disparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado del procedimiento, el joven fue demorado, trasladado a sede policial y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia, junto con la motocicleta en la que se movilizaba.
