De la tarea colabor\u00f3 Tr\u00e1nsito policial.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Ocurri\u00f3 minutos despu\u00e9s de las 02.30, cuando uniformados de la Unidad del oeste de la ciudad capital, realizaba patrullaje preventivo por el Barrio Rinc\u00f3n del Valle, donde observaron a un sujeto que, al notar la presencia del m\u00f3vil, arrib\u00f3 su autom\u00f3vil Renault Cl\u00edo, huyendo del lugar a gran velocidad, realizando maniobras temerarias.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Inmediatamente los m\u00f3viles de la jurisdicci\u00f3n tomaron conocimiento del hecho, comenzando un operativo cerrojo, que permiti\u00f3 hallar y detener la marcha del rodado en calles Rufino Ortega y Avenida del Trabajador.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Al identificar a su conductor de 27 a\u00f1os notaron aliento et\u00edlico sobre \u00e9l, quien manifest\u00f3 haber cometido lo sucedido por no tener seguro obligatorio vigente.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Para confirmar su verdadero estado, personal de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito arrib\u00f3 al lugar, constatando que el sujeto conduc\u00eda bajo los efectos del alcohol, con un resultado positivo de 1,39 g\/l.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Como consecuencia, procedieron al secuestro del autom\u00f3vil y licencia de conducir, notificando al joven de la falta cometida transgrediendo la Ley Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito N\u00b024.449.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
