{"id":13616,"date":"2021-11-12T20:17:49","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T23:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=13616"},"modified":"2021-11-12T21:08:03","modified_gmt":"2021-11-13T00:08:03","slug":"2018-neuquen-cinco-personas-demoradas-y-dos-vehiculos-secuestrados-por-alcoholemia-positiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/2018-neuquen-cinco-personas-demoradas-y-dos-vehiculos-secuestrados-por-alcoholemia-positiva\/","title":{"rendered":"20:18 &#8211; NEUQU\u00c9N: Cinco personas demoradas y dos veh\u00edculos secuestrados por alcoholemia positiva."},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"13616\" class=\"elementor elementor-13616\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-532750be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"532750be\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5f2b3a62\" data-id=\"5f2b3a62\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f486f2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f486f2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Personal de Comisar\u00eda N\u00b016 junto a sus pares de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito, procedieron en la madrugada de ayer (11\/11), luego de llevar a cabo dos intervenciones; al secuestro de veh\u00edculos por alcoholemia positiva y la demora de cinco sujetos mayores de edad por presunta infracci\u00f3n al Articulo N\u00b0 50\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo de Faltas de la Provincia del Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">El primer hecho se registr\u00f3 minutos despu\u00e9s de las 00:48, sobre calle 12 de septiembre, donde uniformados de la primer Unidad Policial en menci\u00f3n intervino en un siniestro vial con da\u00f1os materiales en donde un autom\u00f3vil Ford Eco Sport presuntamente habr\u00eda colisionado contra un vag\u00f3n de una l\u00ednea f\u00e9rrea all\u00ed detenida.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Al momento de ver el estado f\u00edsico del conductor, este aparentaba encontrarse en estado de ebriedad, confirm\u00e1ndose luego, que conduc\u00eda con 2,17 g\/l, seg\u00fan lo constatado por uniformados de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito que se hicieron presentes en el lugar.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Por esta tarea policial, procedieron al secuestro del automotor y a infraccionar a su conductor de 38 a\u00f1os, por transgredir la Ley Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito N\u00b0 24.449 y ordenanzas municipales vigentes que imparten alcohol cero al volante.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">La restante intervenci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 pasada las 04:16, cuando polic\u00edas se encontraban realizando un operativo sobre calle Rhode y Belgrano, divisando a la distancia a una pick-up Ford Ranger Azul circulando a muy alta velocidad evitando el control policial, deriv\u00e1ndose por calle Belgrano con presuntas intenciones de fuga hacia la margen Norte de la ciudad, evitando todo tipo de ordenes impartidas por uniformados poniendo en peligro la integridad f\u00edsica de los mismos.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Habiendo comunicado el procedimiento inmediatamente por radio, m\u00f3viles de la jurisdicci\u00f3n lograron interceptar la camioneta en las intersecciones de calle Novella y Necochea, aprehendiendo a los cinco ocupantes de la misma, todos mayores de edad, torn\u00e1ndose agresivos hacia los uniformados, que luego de la identificaci\u00f3n, observaron que el conductor pose\u00eda entre sus pertenencias poco m\u00e1s de $ 217.000 pesos moneda nacional de dudosa procedencia, por lo que fue secuestrado junto a la pick-up por alcoholemia positiva, seg\u00fan el resultado positivo de 1,19 g\/l , del test realizado por uniformados de\u00a0 la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito que all\u00ed colabor\u00f3.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Como resultado procedieron a la demora de los cinco sujetos por transgredir el Articulo N\u00b050 del C.F.P.N. y al traslado del dinero en custodia a la Sede Policial, quedando a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.
