Un joven de 21 a\u00f1os fue demorado ayer (13\/12), por personal policial, luego de ser sorprendido sustrayendo cables del alumbrado p\u00fablico, en el oeste de la ciudad capital.
Todo comenz\u00f3 pasadas las 09.00, cuando un vecino se comunic\u00f3 al Centro de Operaciones Policiales, alertando de la presencia de un sujeto, sustrayendo cables de puesta a tierra de tendido el\u00e9ctrico, ubicado en calles Pen\u00ednsula Valdez y Cerro Fritz del barrio Toma Norte.
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, tom\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n personal de Comisar\u00eda N\u00b018 que r\u00e1pidamente se constituy\u00f3 en el lugar constatando la veracidad del hecho. El individuo al percatarse de la presencia del m\u00f3vil, intent\u00f3 emprender la huida, pero fue r\u00e1pidamente aprehendido.
Tras realizar la identificaci\u00f3n, los polic\u00edas observaron parte del cableado, como as\u00ed un cuchillo tipo sierra, dos llaves tipo francesas y elementos para manipular los cables.
