{"id":15670,"date":"2021-12-20T09:11:20","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T12:11:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=15670"},"modified":"2021-12-20T09:12:31","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T12:12:31","slug":"0910-secuestraron-un-auto-por-alcoholemia-positiva-y-uno-de-sus-ocupantes-tenia-pedido-de-captura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0910-secuestraron-un-auto-por-alcoholemia-positiva-y-uno-de-sus-ocupantes-tenia-pedido-de-captura\/","title":{"rendered":"09:10 Secuestraron un auto por alcoholemia positiva y uno de sus ocupantes ten\u00eda pedido de captura"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"15670\" class=\"elementor elementor-15670\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-426071c6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"426071c6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-780ebf4\" data-id=\"780ebf4\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55f0028f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55f0028f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Cuatro personas fueron sorprendidas en la ma\u00f1ana de ayer (19-12) por personal de Comisar\u00eda 2\u00b0, en momentos que se daban a la fuga a bordo de un veh\u00edculo, luego de intentar cometer un il\u00edcito; confirm\u00e1ndose que el conductor manejaba bajo los efectos del alcohol y otro de los ocupantes ten\u00eda pedido de captura vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El episodio tuvo lugar a las 09:10 horas, cuando personal de la Unidad fue alertado a trav\u00e9s de uno de los celulares institucionales sobre la presencia de cuatro personas a bordo de un auto VW Gol, quienes estaban intentando cometer un hecho delictivo en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Winter y Libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera inmediata acudi\u00f3 al lugar personal policial, momento en que divisaron el rodado, pero los sujetos al percatarse de la presencia policial emprendieron raudamente la huida, por cuanto se solicit\u00f3 colaboraci\u00f3n a otros m\u00f3viles de la jurisdicci\u00f3n, logrando los uniformados detener la marcha del rodado sobre calle Libertad esquina Linares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se procedi\u00f3 a la identificaci\u00f3n de estas personas, solicitando la presencia de personal de Tr\u00e1nsito, dado a que estos estaban ingiriendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en el interior del veh\u00edculo. Una vez en el lugar, personal id\u00f3neo realiz\u00f3 el test al conductor, el que dio resultado positivo confirm\u00e1ndose 2.57 g\/l, por cuanto se realiz\u00f3 la retenci\u00f3n preventiva del auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, se pudo establecer que otra de las personas, un hombre de 35 a\u00f1os, presentaba un pedido de captura vigente de fecha agosto del 2020, en una causa por \u201cRobo Simple\u201d a solicitud del Juzgado de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal, inform\u00e1ndose de la situaci\u00f3n a la Fiscal del caso, Dra.
