class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>En horas de la tarde (24\/12), uniformados con servicio en Comisar\u00e1 Segunda, procedieron a la identificaci\u00f3n de un sujeto con pirotecnia en su poder, la que fue secuestrada y puesta al resguardo por el Municipio Local, al transgredir la Ley Provincial N\u00b02833.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Seg\u00fan el marco legal vigente, que proh\u00edbe &nbsp;en toda la Provincia del Neuqu\u00e9n, la utilizaci\u00f3n, tenencia, acopio, exhibici\u00f3n, fabricaci\u00f3n de pirotecnia y coheter\u00eda, personal policial con servicios dependiente de la Unidad Policial de calle Avenida Olascoaga, se aboc\u00f3 a la prevenci\u00f3n de este tipo de procedimientos, donde pasada las 15:40, observaron a un hombre que trasladaba un bolso, caminar por calle Mitre, Parque Central, en actitud sospechosa, mostr\u00e1ndose nervioso frente a los efectivos por lo que estos, decidieron identificarlo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>El hombre de 33 a\u00f1os, en principio neg\u00f3 que fuera de su pertenencia lo que trasladaba, decidiendo exhibir el mismo, donde los dos agentes de Polic\u00eda observaron en el interior una importante cantidad de pirotecnia.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Como consecuencia, personal municipal, presentes en el lugar, procedieron al secuestro de lo hallado bajo faja de seguridad quedando al resguardo de los mismos, infraccionando al hombre que la pose\u00eda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
