reca\u00eda un pedido de captura por \u201cabuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por la edad de la v\u00edctima\u201d, fue demorado esta ma\u00f1ana, luego de ser identificado durante un operativo que realizaba personal policial de la Divisi\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocurri\u00f3 minutos antes de las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana, cuando efectivos de la mencionada Dependencia Policial identificaron al conductor de una motocicleta sobre la Avenida Mosconi a la altura de un conocido Hipermercado, donde se desarrollaba un operativo de identificaci\u00f3n de personas y verificaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre, carec\u00eda de licencia de conducir y seguro obligatorio, motivo por el que fue infraccionado, pero adem\u00e1s, registraba un pedido de captura vinculado a una causa por \u201cabuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por la edad de la v\u00edctima\u201d, seg\u00fan informaron desde el Centro de An\u00e1lisis Estrat\u00e9gico y Monitoreo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la confirmaci\u00f3n, arrib\u00f3 al lugar personal policial de la Comisar\u00eda 17\u00ba, que traslad\u00f3 al demorado, quien ya se encuentra a disposici\u00f3n de la
