Adem\u00e1s, justicia luego dispuso la detenci\u00f3n para formular finalmente 13 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>El hecho se origin\u00f3 pasadas las 02:00, a ra\u00edz de un llamado telef\u00f3nico al Centro de Operaciones Policiales alertando que sujetos desconocidos habr\u00edan arrojado elementos contundentes contra una vivienda. A su vez, esta Unidad Policial, recibi\u00f3 otra comunicaci\u00f3n que mencionaba que sobre un domicilio de calle Delfina Chumuy, habr\u00eda una persona herida con arma de fuego.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>R\u00e1pidamente, uniformados acudieron a los domicilios constatando en el \u00faltimo, que un hombre de 33 a\u00f1os de edad se encontraba lesionado en uno de sus pies, aludiendo que en la misma calle y a pocos metros, hab\u00eda sido abordado por un sujeto el cual lo increp\u00f3, arrojando primero una botella de vidrio, desenfundando, adem\u00e1s, un arma de fuego larga efectuando un disparo que termin\u00f3 presuntamente alojando parte del proyectil en uno de sus pies.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Testigos del lugar habr\u00edan visto abandonar de una vivienda, al presunto autor, por lo que un m\u00f3vil acudi\u00f3 inmediatamente comenzando un seguimiento preventivo, ya que el conductor de un Chevrolet Corsa not\u00f3 la presencia de los uniformados emprendiendo su huida, pero el r\u00e1pido accionar policial permiti\u00f3 su aprehensi\u00f3n y demora.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Como consecuencia, el rodado fue secuestrado y el sujeto trasladado a Sede Policial, donde y por disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda permanecer\u00eda en calidad de detenido.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>En cuanto al damnificado, fue demorado en primera instancia por el hecho que se investigaba traslad\u00e1ndolo al nosocomio local de donde informaron que parte del proyectil habr\u00eda quedado dentro del pie da\u00f1ado, solicitando un pr\u00f3ximo control m\u00e9dico.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Continuando con las tareas de investigaci\u00f3n se procedi\u00f3 a realizar un allanamiento sobre el domicilio sindicado, previa autorizaci\u00f3n de la justicia, donde secuestraron diversos elementos de inter\u00e9s a la causa, como as\u00ed, procedieron a la requisa judicial sobre el automotor secuestrado.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Finalmente, y en horas de la tarde noche, la Fiscal\u00eda dispuso sobre el sujeto de 30 a\u00f1os detenido, la formulaci\u00f3n de cargos y prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria por 13 d\u00edas con controles policiales.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
