Departamento Delitos Contra la Propiedad y Leyes Especiales llev\u00f3 a cabo dos diligencias judiciales en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n por presunta defraudaci\u00f3n en la compra de bienes con un tel\u00e9fono sustra\u00eddo.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>La pesquisa inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia efectuada el pasado martes, cuando un hombre hizo conocer que hab\u00eda extraviado su tel\u00e9fono celular en un comercio de la zona oeste y al percatarse, not\u00f3 que estaban realizando compras y env\u00edos desde la aplicaci\u00f3n de Mercado Pago a la direcci\u00f3n del comercio en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>En este contexto, el personal policial llev\u00f3 a cabo una importante tarea que permiti\u00f3 reunir los elementos probatorios, los cuales fueron presentados a la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Econ\u00f3micos, lo que deriv\u00f3 en dos diligencias de allanamiento para inmuebles ubicados en el barrio Alma Fuerte II.\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Producto del registro, los investigadores incautaron un arma de fuego tipo escopeta, como as\u00ed procedieron a la demora de un hombre mayor de edad.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>En cuanto al tel\u00e9fono celular, fue entregado de manera voluntaria por un sujeto quien manifest\u00f3 haberlo encontrado en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Finalmente, el tel\u00e9fono y el arma de fuego fueron
