class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos pasados del mediod\u00eda de hoy (19\/05), se llev\u00f3 adelante una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 3.288 que otorga licencia laboral por violencia de g\u00e9nero en Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo los lineamientos emitidos por el Jefe de Polic\u00eda, en la reuni\u00f3n de hoy se ilustr\u00f3 a Oficiales Superiores de las Distintas Direcciones de esta ciudad y del interior de la Provincia y Departamentos que conforman nuestra Instituci\u00f3n, respecto a esta Ley y sus alcances, como as\u00ed se hizo un profundo repaso de Ley 2.212 de Violencia Familiar y 2.785 de Protecci\u00f3n integral para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia Familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ley, salvaguarda el derecho a todo el personal que se desempe\u00f1e en el sector p\u00fablico de la Provincia y evita que se vean obligados a recurrir a certificados psicol\u00f3gicos o licencias inesperadas en caso de sufrir violencia o acoso laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta jornada que fue dictada por Profesionales de la Direcci\u00f3n Asesor\u00eda Letrada; uniformados de la Direcci\u00f3n Personal que tiene a su cargo el Gabinete Psicol\u00f3gico y de Acci\u00f3n Social; como as\u00ed de la Divisi\u00f3n Licencias y Retiros, quienes trabajan mancomunadamente para dar respuestas a distintas situaciones que muchas veces dificultan la labor diaria del personal policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9sta capacitaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 extendida al resto de Oficiales Superiores, Oficiales Jefes y dem\u00e1s efectivos de la repartici\u00f3n, para que tengan conocimiento del alcance de la misma y la protecci\u00f3n de derechos inherentes en casos particulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n participaron Rectores de las distintas instancias educativas de la Polic\u00eda del Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
