{"id":25988,"date":"2022-07-15T09:04:27","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T12:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=25988"},"modified":"2022-07-15T09:06:10","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T12:06:10","slug":"0904-san-martin-de-los-andes-allanamientos-con-resultados-positivos-por-un-siniestro-vial-con-lesionado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0904-san-martin-de-los-andes-allanamientos-con-resultados-positivos-por-un-siniestro-vial-con-lesionado\/","title":{"rendered":"09:04 San Mart\u00edn de los Andes.- allanamientos con resultados positivos, por un siniestro vial con lesionado"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"25988\" class=\"elementor elementor-25988\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6928fdb6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6928fdb6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6fa639d1\" data-id=\"6fa639d1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41eda299 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"41eda299\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ra\u00edz de un siniestro vial, ocurrido los primeros d\u00edas del mes de julio, personal de \u00c1rea de investigaciones y de la Divisi\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito, llevaron adelante dos diligencias judiciales en la ciudad de San Mart\u00edn de los Andes y Jun\u00edn de los Andes, las que arrojaron resultados positivos y la notificaci\u00f3n de una persona presuntamente involucrada en el hecho que se investiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de una ardua investigaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo por el personal policial, por un hecho ocurrido el 4 de julio donde un ciclista hab\u00eda sido v\u00edctima de un siniestro vial, el personal de investigaciones, logr\u00f3 determinar los presuntos domicilios donde estar\u00edan los presuntos veh\u00edculos involucrados en el siniestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer domicilio allanado fue del barrio El Arenal, donde se logr\u00f3 el secuestro de un Fiat Uno SCR 3 puertas, un tel\u00e9fono celular, documentaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo investigado y la demora de un hombre. En la localidad de Jun\u00edn de los Andes se llev\u00f3 adelante la segunda diligencia, secuestrando otro veh\u00edculo presuntamente involucrado en el siniestro vial un auto Volkswagen Gol Power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe mencionar que de la diligencia judicial participaron Comisar\u00eda 25\u00ba, Divisi\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Jun\u00edn de los Andes, Divisi\u00f3n Criminal\u00edstica y del Comando Radioel\u00e9ctrico SM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado se procedi\u00f3 al traslado de los veh\u00edculos a la Unidad correspondiente y seg\u00fan lo dispusiera la justicia se notific\u00f3 al demorado de su libertad supeditada a la causa por presuntas Lesiones Graves en Siniestro Vial.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
