(23\/07), personal de Comisar\u00eda 28\u00b0 notific\u00f3 a dos sujetos mayores de edad por la infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 23737 de Estupefacientes, luego de ser sorprendidos comercializando estupefacientes en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>El episodio tuvo lugar en horas de la tarde, cuando efectivos que llevaban adelante tareas preventivas, advirtieron en calle Los Notros y Avenida Arrayanes, la presencia de dos sujetos que estar\u00edan comercializando alg\u00fan tipo de sustancia.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Al identificarlos, los uniformados divisaron que dichas personas ten\u00edan en su poder sustancias de similares caracter\u00edsticas a cannabis sativa, por tal motivo dieron intervenci\u00f3n al titular del Juzgado Federal, quien dispuso la demora y requisa de los sujetos. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Como consecuencia de la labor policial, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de cogollos de cannabis, un frasco con la misma sustancia, una balanza de precisi\u00f3n entre otros elementos.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Finalmente, se notific\u00f3 a ambos sujetos por la infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes, quedando a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado Federal, desde donde dispusieron la notificaci\u00f3n en el lugar y su libertad supeditada a la
