{"id":26501,"date":"2022-07-29T09:18:10","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T12:18:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=26501"},"modified":"2022-07-29T09:27:06","modified_gmt":"2022-07-29T12:27:06","slug":"demorado-en-elementos-presuntamente-mal-habidos-en-su-poder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/demorado-en-elementos-presuntamente-mal-habidos-en-su-poder\/","title":{"rendered":"09:22 Demorado con elementos presuntamente mal habidos en su poder"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"26501\" class=\"elementor elementor-26501\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1caf2563 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1caf2563\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fef12f8\" data-id=\"fef12f8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1be997 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1be997\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3>Un procedimiento conjunto, realizado por personal policial de las Comisar\u00edas 16 y 18, permiti\u00f3 ayer la demora de un joven de 25 a\u00f1os de edad, que fue identificado en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica mientras transportaba elementos presuntamente mal habidos.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Ocurri\u00f3 poco antes del mediod\u00eda del jueves, cuando desde el Comando de Operaciones Policial advirtieron sobre un presunto hecho delictivo en proceso, en inmediaciones de las calles Cayast\u00e1 y Gervasoni.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Personal policial de la Comisar\u00eda 16\u00ba que realizaba tareas de prevenci\u00f3n, advirti\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n irradiada desde el Comando de Operaciones Policiales y debido a que se encontraban cerca del lugar del hecho, perteneciente a jurisdicci\u00f3n de la Comisar\u00eda 18\u00ba, se dirigieron al sector.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>En ese contexto, los efectivos de Comisar\u00eda 16\u00ba notaron la presencia de un sujeto de similares caracter\u00edsticas a las del presunto autor del hecho, mientras caminaba por la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Lago Muster y Racedo, transportando algunos elementos.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Inmediatamente los uniformados procedieron a la identificaci\u00f3n del sujeto de 25 a\u00f1os de edad, quien ten\u00eda en su poder un parlante port\u00e1til, un televisor LED, una mochila con prendas de vestir y otros elementos. Al lugar arrib\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n personal policial de la Comisar\u00eda 18\u00ba y tras entrevistar al damnificado, un hombre de 33 a\u00f1os que reconoci\u00f3 los bienes como de su propiedad, procedieron con la demora del joven de 25 a\u00f1os y el secuestro de los artefactos.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
