Las diligencias judiciales tuvieron lugar en el marco de una causa por \u201crobo con arma o en despoblado y en banda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tarea de investigaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de perpetrado el hecho el pasado 29 de junio en el Paraje Aguada Carranza y desde entonces personal Policial de la Comisar\u00eda 10 A\u00f1elo, en conjunto con la Brigada de Investigaciones de la misma Unidad y el Departamento Delitos Contra la Propiedad y Leyes Especiales, se abocaron a la tarea investigativa que en los d\u00edas posteriores les permiti\u00f3 recabar indicios suficientes sobre los posibles autores del delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente en la ma\u00f1ana del jueves y con la correspondiente autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, se ejecutaron una serie de allanamientos en distintos inmuebles, que permitieron el secuestro de un rifle calibre 22, una caja de 50 municiones punta hueca calibre 22, cuchillos, precintos, prendas de vestir, una CPU, tel\u00e9fonos celulares y otros elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los exitosos allanamientos, contaron tambi\u00e9n con la participaci\u00f3n de personal policial del Grupo Especial UESPO, del Departamento M\u00f3vil de Seguridad y de la Divisi\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
