{"id":27173,"date":"2022-08-13T14:54:09","date_gmt":"2022-08-13T17:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=27173"},"modified":"2022-08-13T15:04:16","modified_gmt":"2022-08-13T18:04:16","slug":"1454-picun-leufu-tres-sujetos-demorados-por-presunto-abigeato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1454-picun-leufu-tres-sujetos-demorados-por-presunto-abigeato\/","title":{"rendered":"14:54 &#8211; PIC\u00daN LEUFU: Tres sujetos demorados por presunto Abigeato"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"27173\" class=\"elementor elementor-27173\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3ec93369 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3ec93369\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-30c9c489\" data-id=\"30c9c489\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f142157 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f142157\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h4><br \/>Personal de Comisar\u00eda Novena de la localidad de Pic\u00fan Leuf\u00fa demor\u00f3 la madrugada de hoy (13\/08) a tres sujetos por presunto Abigeato cuando comet\u00edan el il\u00edcito en inmediaciones del Destacamento El Sauce, secuestrando adem\u00e1s dos equinos y dos veh\u00edculos.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 minutos despu\u00e9s de las 19:50, cuando uniformados del Destacamento El Sauce, solicitaron la presencia de sus pares de Comisar\u00eda Novena, informando que un ciudadano alert\u00f3 la presencia de veh\u00edculos y personas desconocidas en la zona del puesto El Churrarin cargando animales, siendo estos dos equinos.<br \/>Inmediatamente un m\u00f3vil acudi\u00f3 al lugar e intercept\u00f3 al Cami\u00f3n Ford 4000 con trailer de carga y equipo de frio cuando este se movilizaba en cercan\u00edas de la Ruta Provincial N\u00b020.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>All\u00ed identificaron al veh\u00edculo y a los hombres que ocupaban el habit\u00e1culo, observando adem\u00e1s que en el trailer eran transportados dos equinos. Al lugar, arrib\u00f3 un tercero a bordo de una motocicleta quien manifest\u00f3 que se tratar\u00eda de una compra ya realizada, pero de ella, no hab\u00eda documentaci\u00f3n fehaciente que permitiera a los Polic\u00edas constatar lo informado y la situaci\u00f3n de los equinos.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Luego las personas fueron trasladadas al Destacamento El Sauce donde se les secuestr\u00f3 los veh\u00edculos por falta de documentaci\u00f3n; cami\u00f3n, trailer y motocicleta.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Continuando con las averiguaciones, una comisi\u00f3n de uniformados se moviliz\u00f3 y entrevist\u00f3 a cada chacarero de la zona llegando a uno que se tratar\u00eda del verdadero due\u00f1o ya que present\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n de propiedad de los equinos. El mismo realiz\u00f3 inmediatamente la denuncia judicial.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Como consecuencia las tres personas fueron trasladadas a la Comisar\u00eda Novena de Pic\u00fan Leuf\u00fa donde quedaron demorados y luego puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia quien orden\u00f3 notificarlos de la imputaci\u00f3n y libertad supeditada a la causa.<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
