All\u00ed procedieron a su aprehensi\u00f3n y al secuestro de la mochila que ten\u00eda en su poder con elementos presuntamente mal habidos en su interior vinculados al hecho investigado.<br>Como resultado y seg\u00fan lo dispuesto por la fiscal\u00eda interviniente, se procedi\u00f3 a realizar la entrega de los elementos a la persona damnificada, previo reconocimiento y justificaci\u00f3n de propiedad, notificando adem\u00e1s al sujeto de su libertad
