operativo se despleg\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana (19\/10), en el Oeste de la Ciudad, donde se logr\u00f3 la demora del presunto autor del hecho investigado y el secuestro de varias armas de fuego.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>El origen de la diligencia practicada esta ma\u00f1ana, se dio el en el sector conocido como \u201cEl Nido\u201d, sobre calle Casimiro G\u00f3mez al final, lugar donde un sujeto se acerc\u00f3 a una vivienda alrededor de las 21 horas del domingo 16, y sin mediar palabras arremeti\u00f3 con disparos de arma de fuego contra una familia.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Si bien no existieron heridos, la Oficina de Investigaciones Zona Oeste, comenz\u00f3 con una serie de trabajos basados en observaci\u00f3n y vigilancia, que permitieron dar con el domicilio del presunto autor.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>En este sentido, desde la Comisar\u00eda 18\u00b0 se realizaron las diligencias judiciales pertinentes que lograron la autorizaci\u00f3n de la Justicia para ingresar y registrar una vivienda ubicada en barrio 2 de Mayo, con la finalidad de secuestrar armas de fuego y otros elementos que sirvan de inter\u00e9s para la causa.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Finalmente, poco despu\u00e9s de las 08.00 de la ma\u00f1ana de hoy, ingresaron al lugar pudiendo incautar dos armas de fuego de grueso calibre, dos armas de fuego de fabricaci\u00f3n casera denominadas \u201ctumberas\u201d, varias municiones de arma de fuego de distinto calibre y un aire comprimido.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Estos elementos, fueron secuestrados luego de practicarle las pericias necesarias por parte del personal policial de la Divisi\u00f3n Criminal\u00edstica, para ser trasladados a la Comisar\u00eda 18\u00b0 junto a un hombre de 37 a\u00f1os de edad, quien fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia que determin\u00f3 la prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento, como as\u00ed la libertad supeditada a la causa.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
