Pasado el mediod\u00eda de hoy, personal de Comisar\u00eda 21\u00b0 logr\u00f3 la demora de dos hombres mayores de edad y recuperaron una camioneta, la que hab\u00eda sido robada d\u00edas atr\u00e1s de jurisdicci\u00f3n de Comisar\u00eda Tercera.<\/h5>\n

A solicitud del Centro de Operaciones Policiales, efectivos de Comisar\u00eda 21\u00b0 llegaron a calle Otto Neuman al 3700 por un presunto hecho delictivo, en el lugar entrevistaron a un joven de 19 a\u00f1os, quien minutos antes, mencion\u00f3 que tres sujetos descendieron de un veh\u00edculo Renault Duster y uno de ellos le hab\u00eda hurtado su tel\u00e9fono celular y a posterior ingresaron a un domicilio.<\/h5>\n

Los efectivos verificaron el veh\u00edculo a trav\u00e9s de los sistemas inform\u00e1ticos del Departamento Sustracci\u00f3n Automotores, desde donde informaron que sobre la camioneta reca\u00eda un pedido de secuestro vigente por hurto, con fecha del viernes 11 del corriente mes. En el momento que llevaban adelante el procedimiento del domicilio sali\u00f3 el conductor del veh\u00edculo, el que luego de identificar al hombre de 41 a\u00f1os, este no pudo acreditar propiedad del rodado y fue inmediatamente demorado, seg\u00fan lo dispusiera la Fiscal\u00eda de Robos y Hurtos.<\/h5>\n

Los efectivos conversaron con el propietario de la vivienda de 24 a\u00f1os quien no aport\u00f3 datos de sus acompa\u00f1antes y minutos m\u00e1s tarde hizo entrega de manera voluntaria del tel\u00e9fono celular sustra\u00eddo y permiti\u00f3 el ingreso a su vivienda para que los efectivos demoraran al presunto autor del hurto, previa autorizaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/h5>\n

En el interior de la vivienda ubicaron a un hombre de 32 a\u00f1os, sindicado como el autor del hurto del tel\u00e9fono celular, por cuanto fue demorado y trasladado a Sede Policial.<\/h5>\n

En cuanto al rodado secuestrado el magistrado interviniente dispuso su entrega en el lugar a su leg\u00edtimo due\u00f1o.<\/h5>\n
