La diligencia judicial, realizada en una vivienda del barrio Parque Industrial, permiti\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la demora del hombre sindicado como autor del hecho.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>El violento episodio que dio lugar a la investigaci\u00f3n, ocurri\u00f3 en la jornada del 3 de diciembre, cuando un altercado entre dos vecinos del Sector El Tanque, deriv\u00f3 d\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde en una agresi\u00f3n con arma de fuego por parte de uno de ellos, afortunadamente sin que se registraran v\u00edctimas ni lesionados.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En base a las pruebas colectadas, finalmente la Unidad Fiscal de Actuaci\u00f3n Gen\u00e9rica autoriz\u00f3 la diligencia judicial para con una vivienda del barrio Parque Industrial, donde personal policial de la Oficina de Investigaciones Zona Norte logr\u00f3 la demora del principal sospechoso, un hombre de 43 a\u00f1os de edad.
