enmarcado en la Ley 2212"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pasado el mediod\u00eda de hoy, personal de la Oficina Investigaciones Zona Noreste de Comisar\u00eda 1\u00b0 del \u00e1rea capital, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de efectivos de Antinarc\u00f3ticos, Criminal\u00edstica y Tr\u00e1nsito, cumplimentaron una orden judicial, dispuesta por la Fiscal\u00eda de Familia N\u00b04, para un domicilio de la ciudad de Plottier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la diligencia el personal policial logr\u00f3 la demora de un hombre de 45 a\u00f1os, quien se encontraba en el domicilio y estar\u00eda relacionado a la investigaci\u00f3n, como as\u00ed procedieron al secuestro de una escopeta Maverik, 4 cartuchos completos calibre 12\/70, 11 cartuchos 9 mm y de una camioneta Citro\u00ebn Berlingo, la que pose\u00eda la numeraci\u00f3n del motor adulterada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el domicilio el personal policial ubico una sustancia blanquecina, por cuanto solicitaron la presencia de personal de la Direcci\u00f3n Antinarc\u00f3ticos, quienes al llegar al lugar realizaron el test correspondiente, el que arrojo resultado 2,26 gramos de clorhidrato de coca\u00edna, por lo que procedieron al secuestro y a labrar la notificaci\u00f3n judicial &nbsp;al demorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado el demorado fue trasladado a la Unidad correspondiente y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda
