{"id":3577,"date":"2021-06-12T12:33:51","date_gmt":"2021-06-12T15:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=3577"},"modified":"2021-06-12T14:08:15","modified_gmt":"2021-06-12T17:08:15","slug":"1231-cria-2o-demorados-por-circular-en-horario-no-permitido-y-conducir-bajo-los-efectos-del-alcohol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1231-cria-2o-demorados-por-circular-en-horario-no-permitido-y-conducir-bajo-los-efectos-del-alcohol\/","title":{"rendered":"12:31 Cr\u00eda 2\u00ba: Demorados por circular en horario no permitido y conducir bajo los efectos del alcohol"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"3577\" class=\"elementor elementor-3577\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1cf19d52 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1cf19d52\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7bd11e8\" data-id=\"7bd11e8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cf9520a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cf9520a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>La madrugada de hoy&nbsp; (12-06), personal de Comisar\u00eda 2\u00ba junto a efectivos de la Direcci\u00f3n Transito, aprendieron a dos hombres mayores de edad y secuestraron el veh\u00edculo en el que viajaban por alcoholemia positiva y falta de documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento se llevo a cabo pasadas las 03:00 de la madrugada, mientras el personal policial realizaba patrullajes preventivos en inmediaciones de calle avenida Olascoaga y F\u00e9lix San Mart\u00edn, donde divisaron un veh\u00edculo Gol Power con dos ocupantes en su interior y a gran velocidad, gira en contra mano por calle Alcorta con sentido Oeste, con las intenciones de eludir al personal policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente y con el resto de los m\u00f3viles, se logr\u00f3 interceptarlos en la intersecci\u00f3n de calle San Luis y Alcorta,&nbsp; all\u00ed descendieron los dos hombres con actitud amenazante contra el personal policial, por lo que fueron inmediatamente demorados. Luego de la correcta identificaci\u00f3n de los sujetos de 22 y 32 a\u00f1os, el personal de la Direcci\u00f3n Transito realiz\u00f3 el test de alcoholemia al conductor de 22 a\u00f1os el que arroj\u00f3 como resultado 1,06 g\/l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando con el procedimiento los efectivos constataron que el propietario del autom\u00f3vil carec\u00eda de la documentaci\u00f3n reglamentaria para transitar, por lo que fue notificado por la infracci\u00f3n a la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito N\u00ba 24449, como as\u00ed ambos sujetos carec\u00edan de protecci\u00f3n facial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado se traslad\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo secuestrado junto a los demorados a la Unidad Policial, donde fueron notificados de las dem\u00e1s infracciones contravencional al art. 205 del C.P.A y al Dto.
