{"id":40360,"date":"2023-06-08T18:34:10","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T21:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=40360"},"modified":"2023-06-08T18:36:33","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T21:36:33","slug":"1832-allanamiento-por-presunto-maltrato-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1832-allanamiento-por-presunto-maltrato-animal\/","title":{"rendered":"18:32 ALLANAMIENTO POR PRESUNTO MALTRATO ANIMAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"40360\" class=\"elementor elementor-40360\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-36d7f5ad elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"36d7f5ad\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7fae3c92\" data-id=\"7fae3c92\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b26d57a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b26d57a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3><strong>Hoy (08\/06), personal del Departamento Delitos contra la Propiedad y Leyes Especiales llev\u00f3 a cabo una diligencia judicial en el marco de una causa judicial por maltrato animal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>La diligencia inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia radicada el pasado 8 de mayo del corriente a\u00f1o radicada en la sede del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, tomando intervenci\u00f3n la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Ambientales y Leyes Especiales.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Dicha denuncia hac\u00eda alusi\u00f3n de gran cantidad de canes y felinos en mal estado en el interior de una vivienda, ubicada en el barrio Cumelen del Oeste capitalino.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Al arribar al inmueble, donde los polic\u00edas, junto a diversos organismos municipales y provinciales, fueron entrevistados por la propietaria y el hijo de la misma.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>All\u00ed constataron el estado del inmueble y los ocupantes, quienes fueron asistidos por personal del SIEN, Desarrollo social y Adultos Mayores. Por otra parte, uniformados de la Divisi\u00f3n Montada y Canes, verificaron a m\u00e1s de 15 animales no humanos que se encontraban en mal estado.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Finalmente, en la vivienda personal del \u00e1rea de Limpieza Urbana del municipio, realiz\u00f3 tareas de mantenimiento por el estado de abandono en el que se encontraba el domicilio.
