{"id":42763,"date":"2023-08-14T08:06:05","date_gmt":"2023-08-14T11:06:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=42763"},"modified":"2023-08-14T08:08:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T11:08:10","slug":"0800-centenario-allanamiento-por-drogas-permitio-secuestrar-armas-de-fuego-y-estupefacientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0800-centenario-allanamiento-por-drogas-permitio-secuestrar-armas-de-fuego-y-estupefacientes\/","title":{"rendered":"08:00 CENTENARIO: Allanamiento por drogas permiti\u00f3 secuestrar armas de fuego y estupefacientes"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"42763\" class=\"elementor elementor-42763\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-282490e5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"282490e5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-64d825e8\" data-id=\"64d825e8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54ff6998 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"54ff6998\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3><strong>Diversas armas de fuego, sustancias prohibidas y la demora de un hombre, fue el resultado de una diligencia judicial llevada adelante por personal del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos, la Divisi\u00f3n Antinarcomenudeo y personal del departamento Metropolitana, en la ciudad de Centenario.<\/strong><br \/><strong>En el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n por denuncias an\u00f3nimas que fueron recibidas por personal policial, se dio inicio a tareas de investigaci\u00f3n, las que permitieron confirmar fehacientemente la comercializaci\u00f3n de sustancias y las personas involucradas a tal fin.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Esta investigaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 el pasado 14 de julio con intervenci\u00f3n del Dr. Gustavo Villanueva, del Juzgado federal N\u00b0 2 y la intervenci\u00f3n directa de la secretaria Penal N\u00b0 1 a cargo del Dr. Gustavo Cerletti.<\/strong><br \/><strong>En la jornada del d\u00eda viernes a las 17 horas, se orden\u00f3 un allanamiento en una vivienda ubicada en la ciudad de Centenario. Una vez que los efectivos ingresaron al domicilio, procedieron a la demora de un hombre, sindicado como uno de los presuntos autores de la causa que se investiga.<\/strong><br \/><strong>En cuanto a los resultados de la diligencia, los efectivos procedieron al decomiso de clorhidrato de coca\u00edna compacta, cannabis sativa; adem\u00e1s, se secuestr\u00f3 dinero en efectivo, una balanza de precisi\u00f3n, tres armas fuego calibre 38, entre tantos otros elementos.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Tanto el demorado como los elementos secuestrados, fueron trasladados al Departamento, quedando a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia Federal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div
