Posteriormente la justicia orden\u00f3 un allanamiento en su domicilio, en donde personal policial logr\u00f3 establecer el lugar en donde hab\u00edan llevado el elemento robado, con intervenci\u00f3n del Juez de Garant\u00edas de la I Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial Dr. Gustavo Ravizzolli, se procedi\u00f3 a realizar un allanamiento en una vivienda ubicada sobre calle Castelli.
