El mismo, hab\u00eda obtenido la libertad el pasado 10 de julio, pero rob\u00f3 un tel\u00e9fono celular de un Centro M\u00e9dico de Pediatr\u00eda.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>La Fiscal\u00eda dispuso de su imputaci\u00f3n y libertad supeditada a la causa.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>La tarea de los investigadores comenzaron a ra\u00edz de una denuncia judicial, donde el damnificado inform\u00f3 que le sustrajeron su tel\u00e9fono celular del interior de un consultorio, ubicado dentro de un reconocido Centro M\u00e9dico de Pediatr\u00eda de la zona centro.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Las pesquisas pertinentes lograron individualizar a un sujeto y sindicar el presunto domicilio del mismo por lo que solicitaron a la justicia la orden de allanamiento que se dio por cumplida esta ma\u00f1ana en el Barrio Melipal donde ubicaron al sujeto de 47 a\u00f1os de edad y prendas de vestir utilizadas al momento de cometer el il\u00edcito.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Al identificar al malviviente, Polic\u00edas comprobaron que el mismo hab\u00eda obtenido el beneficio de libertad el pasado 10 de julio , por lo que finalmente la justicia dispuso su imputaci\u00f3n y libertad supeditada a la causa.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En cuanto a los elementos hallados, fueron secuestrado quedando a disposici\u00f3n judicial.<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Personal del Departamento Delitos Contra la Propiedad y Leyes Especiales realiz\u00f3 hoy (17\/08), un allanamiento en el Barrio Melipal donde hallaron y demoraron al autor de la causa investigada.
