Efectivos de Comisar\u00eda 18\u00b0 en la noche de ayer (19-06), notificaron a 2 personas y secuestraron una motocicleta por transgredir las normas vigentes ante la situaci\u00f3n pandemia COVID-19.
El hecho se registr\u00f3 minutos despu\u00e9s de las 22:00, cuando personal policial realizaba patrullajes preventivos, donde divisaron una moto Yamaha YBR con dos ocupantes, que al notar la presencia policial intentaron darse a la fuga por calles Novela y Necochea, haciendo caso omiso a la se\u00f1al de luz roja de los sem\u00e1foros de la zona.
Luego de un seguimiento preventivo, lograron interceptarlos en el ingreso al B\u00b0 Z1 procediendo a la correcta identificaci\u00f3n.
Al solicitarle la documentaci\u00f3n que le permitiera conducir el birrodado, el solo pose\u00eda la c\u00e9dula de identificaci\u00f3n del mismo, notando la falta de su licencia de conducir y el seguro obligatorio. Como as\u00ed al solicitarle su permiso de circulaci\u00f3n por la hora del hecho no pudieron justificar su permanencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.
Finalmente se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de la motocicleta y notificaci\u00f3n de la transgresi\u00f3n al Art. 205\u00b0, continuando hacia sus respectivos domicilios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
