class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Personal de Comisar\u00eda 21\u00b0 Melipal, en la madrugada de hoy (20 -06), demoraron a 6 personas y notificaron un total de 12, secuestrando autom\u00f3vil y una motocicleta por alcoholemia positivo, en el marco de varias intervenciones policiales por transgredir las normas vigentes ante la situaci\u00f3n pandemia COVID-19.<br>Las tareas estuvieron enmarcadas en controles din\u00e1micos, llevados a cabo por personal de esta Unidad que realiz\u00f3 diversos operativos de circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y de personas, procediendo a labrar notificaciones por transgredir el Art. 205\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo Penal Argentino y el 50\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo de Faltas Provincial, secuestrando, adem\u00e1s, distintos veh\u00edculos en virtud de encontrarse circulando sin el permiso de circulaci\u00f3n.<br>En los procedimientos aprehendieron a seis entre personas de entre 20 y 40 a\u00f1os de edad, contando con la colaboraci\u00f3n del personal del Departamento Seguridad Metropolitana, y seis personas m\u00e1s, de entre 18 y 35 a\u00f1os solo fueron notificados de la trasgresi\u00f3n al Art\u00edculo 205\u00b0, dado a que no pudieron justificar su permanencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<br>Tambi\u00e9n procedieron al secuestro de una motocicleta Motomel y un autom\u00f3vil Volkswagen Gol por arrojar alcohotest positivo de 2,55 g\/l y 1,10.<br>Los resultados de los operativos dejaron un total 12 notificaciones por transgredir las disposiciones vigentes, el secuestro de 2 veh\u00edculos, y la
