{"id":50659,"date":"2024-01-12T13:34:32","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T16:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=50659"},"modified":"2024-01-12T13:44:36","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T16:44:36","slug":"allanamiento-permitio-la-demora-del-presunto-autor-de-un-robo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/allanamiento-permitio-la-demora-del-presunto-autor-de-un-robo\/","title":{"rendered":"Allanamiento permiti\u00f3 la demora del presunto autor de un robo"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"50659\" class=\"elementor elementor-50659\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15119ee4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"15119ee4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b214380 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b214380\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3>Un hombre de 32 a\u00f1os, sindicado como el presunto autor de un il\u00edcito, fue aprehendido a primera hora de esta ma\u00f1ana (12-01), luego de diligencias judiciales ordenadas por la Justicia.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>El episodio dio inicio el pasado 7 de enero, cuando personal de la Unidad tom\u00f3 conocimiento sobre el robo de una bomba de agua, la cual estaba instalada en la plaza ubicada en calle Pizarro al 5500, perteneciente a Espacios Verdes de la Municipalidad de Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Esta situaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a que el personal interviniente inicie tareas investigativas, a fin de lograr la identificaci\u00f3n del presunto autor y la individualizaci\u00f3n de su paradero.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Una vez reunida toda la informaci\u00f3n inherente y luego de ser presentada ante la Justicia, en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy con intervenci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Robos y Hurtos, se dio inicio a dos allanamientos otorgados por el juez Dr. Cristo L\u00fapica.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Las diligencias fueron llevadas a cabo por personal de Comisar\u00eda 16\u00b0 junto a efectivos de los Departamentos Metropolitana y D.E.S.P.O., en domicilios ubicados uno sobre calle Lago Muster y el otro sobre calle Pizarro, logrando en una de las moradas la identificaci\u00f3n de un sujeto, quien estar\u00eda sindicado como el presunto autor del robo.
