A ra\u00edz de una denuncia radicada en Comisaria N\u00ba 17 del Barrio La Sirena de esta capital, se inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n para poder dar con un tel\u00e9fono de alta gama que le fuera robado a una joven d\u00edas antes, en la calle J.J Lastra entre calle Chaco y Saavedra mientras esperaba el colectivo, por dos malvivientes a bordo de una motocicleta bajo amenazas de presunta arma de fuego. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las pesquisas realizadas por los investigadores de dicha unidad, con la intervenci\u00f3n de la Dra. Soledad Rangone de la Unidad Fiscal de Robos Hurtos, dieron curso a un allanamiento en una morada, en la cual funciona un taller de reparaci\u00f3n de celulares, en el barrio Villa Ceferino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All\u00ed, se procedi\u00f3 a la recuperaci\u00f3n de un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil que guardaba similares caracter\u00edsticas aportadas por la v\u00edctima, por lo cual se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del elemento y, a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un sujeto para su correcta identificaci\u00f3n y posterior notificaci\u00f3n del inicio de actuaciones judiciales por el delito de encubrimiento. Horas m\u00e1s tarde, y conforme lo dispuesto por la fiscal interviniente se hizo entrega del elemento a su legitima propietaria en los asientos de la mencionada Unidad de Orden P\u00fablico.
