{"id":52177,"date":"2024-02-21T18:49:33","date_gmt":"2024-02-21T21:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=52177"},"modified":"2024-02-21T18:50:10","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T21:50:10","slug":"allanamientos-por-presunto-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/allanamientos-por-presunto-homicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Allanamientos por presunto homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"52177\" class=\"elementor elementor-52177\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5b0761 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d5b0761\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6bfcb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f6bfcb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3><strong>En el transcurso de la ma\u00f1ana de hoy, personal del Departamento Seguridad Personal, Divisi\u00f3n Homicidios con la colaboraci\u00f3n de efectivos de Delitos Econ\u00f3micos, llevaron adelante 5 \u00f3rdenes de allanamientos enmarcados en una investigaci\u00f3n por presunto homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego, ocurrido el d\u00eda 18 de febrero en la zona de Autov\u00eda Norte, en la ciudad capital.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Las diligencias judiciales fueron autorizadas por el Juez de Garant\u00edas, para 5 domicilios de los barrios Cuenca XV sector Z1, Gran Neuqu\u00e9n Sur, Alto Godoy y Colonia Rural Nueva Esperanza.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>De los allanamientos el personal policial logr\u00f3 la demora de un hombre de 35 a\u00f1os y varios secuestros como, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, documentaci\u00f3n varia, un cartucho calibre 9 mm, varios celulares y tarjetas SIM. Elementos todos de inter\u00e9s para la causa que se investiga.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que, en la b\u00fasqueda de uno de los sujetos, relacionado con la causa, este no se encontraba en su domicilio, pero personal del grupo de b\u00fasqueda logr\u00f3 determinar su ubicaci\u00f3n en un shopping del alto de Neuqu\u00e9n capital.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Como resultado los dos demorados fueron trasladados a la unidad policial quedando a disposici\u00f3n del juzgado
