Ayer (23-06) personal de Comisar\u00eda N\u00b0 16 junto al Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos notificaron a 2 hombres por poseer sustancia estupefaciente \u00a0transgrediendo la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes y por Transgresi\u00f3n al Art 205 del C.P.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La intervenci\u00f3n policial surgi\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de un patrullaje preventivo realizado por uniformados de la primera Unidad Policial en menci\u00f3n, que observ\u00f3 a dos sujetos en actitud sospechosa en el sector de SKATEPARK de calle El Cholar y 12 de Septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al identificarlos, c\u00f3mo primera medida preventiva le realizaron el palpado de rutina y se le solicit\u00f3 luego, que exhiban las pertenencias. Notando al tacto, que uno de ellos en su mochila presuntamente pose\u00eda un frasco de dudosa procedencia solicitando testigos y la presencia de sus pares del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos Neuqu\u00e9n que a los minutos, quien pudieron constatar que se trataba de 3 gramos de cannabis sativa realizando previamente el test orientativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente notificaron en el lugar a los hombres de la imputaci\u00f3n por transgredir a la Ley 23.737 seg\u00fan lo dispuesto por el Juzgado Federal y por Transgresi\u00f3n al Art 205 del C.P.A. ya que no justificaron su permanencia en el lugar, retir\u00e1ndose del lugar con su libertad ambulatoria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
