{"id":56313,"date":"2024-05-01T12:44:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-01T15:44:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=56313"},"modified":"2024-05-01T12:45:47","modified_gmt":"2024-05-01T15:45:47","slug":"neuquen-sujeto-demorado-y-secuestro-de-motocicleta-robada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/neuquen-sujeto-demorado-y-secuestro-de-motocicleta-robada\/","title":{"rendered":"NEUQU\u00c9N: SUJETO DEMORADO Y SECUESTRO DE MOTOCICLETA ROBADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"56313\" class=\"elementor elementor-56313\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b59ac31 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4b59ac31\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d659c39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d659c39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Uniformados de la Divisi\u00f3n Motorizada, llevaron a cabo ayer un procedimiento que les permiti\u00f3 demorar a un sujeto por presunto encubrimiento, como as\u00ed, atentado y resistencia.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ademas la tarea policial permiti\u00f3 secuestrar una motocicleta que registraba pedido de secuestro vigente por robo.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El origen del procedimiento, tuvo lugar en el oeste de la ciudad capital, donde uniformados a bordo de motocicletas oficiales de polic\u00eda, observaron a dos sujetos a bordo de una motocicleta sin luces y sin chapa patente, por lo que debieron identificarlos, pero estos, al notar la presencia policial se dieron a la fuga por el sector Bajada de Maida con direcci\u00f3n a Ruta Nacional 22\u00b0 ingresando a un carril contrario llevando a cabo maniobras temerarias.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Polic\u00edas realizaron un seguimiento preventivo, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n del conductor luego de que este, con sus pies intentara derribar a los motorizados policiales.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El acompa\u00f1ante se tratar\u00eda de un joven menor de edad, que logr\u00f3 ingresar a un domicilio de un presunto familiar.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pero el procedimiento no termin\u00f3 ah\u00ed, ya que un grupo de personas, presuntos amigos del aprehendido, se acercaron al lugar arrojando piedras y elementos contundentes con el objetivo de recuperar al mismo, y el birrodado. Por esta raz\u00f3n y para el resguardo de la integridad f\u00edsica de los uniformados u el sujeto, la intervenci\u00f3n debi\u00f3 trasladarse a Sede Policial N\u00b012, donde al corroborar los datos de la motocicleta con el sistema policial, el operador del mismo, inform\u00f3 que registraba un pedido de secuestro vigente por haber sido robada el a\u00f1o 2023 en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Comisar\u00eda 17\u00b0 del Barrio La Sirena.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Como consecuencia, el sujeto fue demoraron y la motocicleta secuestrada quedando ambos, a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">Cabe aclarar, que afortunadamente, no se registraron lesionados.<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uniformados de la Divisi\u00f3n Motorizada, llevaron a cabo ayer un procedimiento que les permiti\u00f3 demorar a un sujeto por presunto encubrimiento, como as\u00ed, atentado y resistencia.
