En la ma\u00f1ana de hoy, personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Investigaciones de dicha ciudad, llevaron adelante una orden de allanamiento, dispuesta por la Unidad Fiscal de Asignaci\u00f3n de casos, para un domicilio del barrio CGT, el que arroj\u00f3 resultados positivos en la causa investigada por presunta facilitaci\u00f3n, divulgaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de representaciones sexuales de menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luego de una importante investigaci\u00f3n policial, el personal policial logr\u00f3 la demora de un hombre de 22 a\u00f1os, el que estar\u00eda involucrado en la causa y secuestr\u00f3 dispositivos digitales 3 Notebook, un disco externo, dos celulares de alta gama y un nano chip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dicha investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 enmarcada en el Art\u00edculo 128 del C\u00f3digo Penal, por cuanto trasladaron los elementos y al demorado a la Unidad, donde qued\u00f3 alojado hasta la notificaci\u00f3n de su libertad supeditada a la causa, seg\u00fan disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
