{"id":5961,"date":"2021-06-27T11:52:53","date_gmt":"2021-06-27T14:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=5961"},"modified":"2021-06-27T11:54:37","modified_gmt":"2021-06-27T14:54:37","slug":"1151-cria-3-alcoholemia-positiva-con-siniestro-vial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1151-cria-3-alcoholemia-positiva-con-siniestro-vial\/","title":{"rendered":"11:51 CR\u00cdA 3\u00b0: Alcoholemia positiva con siniestro vial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La noche del s\u00e1bado (26-06), personal de Comisar\u00eda 3\u00ba secuestr\u00f3 un autom\u00f3vil en el que circulaba un hombre mayor de edad, en estado de ebriedad, provocando un siniestro vial.<br>El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo pasadas las 02:20, cuando el operador del Centro de Operaciones Policiales requiri\u00f3 la presencia de uniformados en inmediaciones de calle Manuel Rodr\u00edguez y Av. Del Trabajador, con el fin de verificar una colisi\u00f3n vehicular.<br>Al arribar, los uniformados observaron un autom\u00f3vil Volkswagen Fox con un ocupante en su interior, el que hab\u00eda perdido el control colisionando con un sem\u00e1foro resultando ileso sin requerir asistencia m\u00e9dica.<br>Luego de la correcta identificaci\u00f3n del conductor de 22 a\u00f1os, el personal interviniente not\u00f3 que emanaba un fuerte aliento et\u00edlico, d\u00e1ndole intervenci\u00f3n a sus pares de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito, quienes luego, realizaron el test de alcoholemia arrojando resultado positivo de 1,0 g\/l.<br>Como resultado, el veh\u00edculo fue secuestrado y trasladado a la Unidad Policial, y en cuanto al hombre, fue notificado de las infracciones contravenciones y del Art\u00edculo 205 del C.P.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul
