Carlos H. Rodr\u00edguez, junto al Dr. Zani, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Superintendencia de Pueblo Nuevo, entre otros.<br>El hist\u00f3rico acontecimiento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de unas 1.000 personas, que se congregaron en el monolito (piedra fundamental), actual intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Carlos H.
