El sujeto, se movilizaba a bordo de un veh\u00edculo junto a un hombre de 50 a\u00f1os, que fue infraccionado por conducir en exceso de velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento tuvo lugar minutos despu\u00e9s de las 13, cuando efectivos de la Comisar\u00eda 12\u00b0 que realizaban tareas de prevenci\u00f3n, se dispusieron a identificar a los ocupantes de un Fiat Siena, que circulaba a alta velocidad por calles internas del barrio 370 Viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que el personal policial le indic\u00f3 al conductor del auto que detenga su marcha, este ignor\u00f3 la orden e intent\u00f3 escapar, sin embargo fue alcanzado en la esquina de Punta de Indio y Avenida del Trabajador, donde finalmente detuvo la marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese lugar, el personal policial pudo identificar a los ocupantes del veh\u00edculo, dos hombres de 50 y 41 a\u00f1os de edad, a quienes luego les realizaron un palpado de seguridad.
