{"id":7030,"date":"2021-07-03T11:29:05","date_gmt":"2021-07-03T14:29:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=7030"},"modified":"2021-07-03T11:29:30","modified_gmt":"2021-07-03T14:29:30","slug":"1125-cria-2-notificados-por-trasgresion-al-art-205-del-c-p-a-y-alcoholemia-positiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1125-cria-2-notificados-por-trasgresion-al-art-205-del-c-p-a-y-alcoholemia-positiva\/","title":{"rendered":"11:25 Cr\u00eda 2\u00b0: Notificados por trasgresi\u00f3n al art. 205 del C.P.A y alcoholemia positiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Anoche, personal de Comisar\u00eda 2\u00b0 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Neuqu\u00e9n, notific\u00f3 al conductor de un veh\u00edculo por alcoholemia positiva y a sus 2 acompa\u00f1antes, por trasgredir las restricciones vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo comenz\u00f3 pasadas las 23:30 horas &nbsp;de ayer, mientras el personal realizaba patrullajes preventivos sobre calle Copahue y al llegar a la intersecci\u00f3n de Linares, divisaron un veh\u00edculo Peugeot 207 con 4 ocupantes, el cual circula con sentido sur-norte cruzando el sem\u00e1foro en rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e1pidamente se le dio alcance, deteniendo su marcha e identificando a su conductor de 22 a\u00f1os y sus acompa\u00f1antes de 20,21 a\u00f1os, al entrevistarlos los efectivos notaron que el conductor emanaba un fuerte aliento et\u00edlico por lo que solicitaron la presencia de la Direcci\u00f3n Transito, quienes al llegar al lugar realizaron el test de alcoholemia, el que arroj\u00f3 como resultado 0,80 g\/l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado se notific\u00f3 a los 3 j\u00f3venes por la infracci\u00f3n al art. 205\u00b0 del C.P.A y a su conductor por alcoholemia positiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anoche, personal de Comisar\u00eda 2\u00b0 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Neuqu\u00e9n, notific\u00f3 al conductor de un veh\u00edculo por alcoholemia positiva y a sus 2 acompa\u00f1antes, por trasgredir las restricciones vigentes.
