class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>La madrugada del s\u00e1bado, personal de Comisar\u00eda 6\u00b0 de la localidad de Plaza Huincul llev\u00f3 adelante un procedimiento el que arroj\u00f3 como resultado la demora de dos personas por art. 50\u00b0, la notificaci\u00f3n por infracci\u00f3n al Art. 205 del C.P.A y el secuestro de la motocicleta en la que circulaban por falta de documentaci\u00f3n y alcoholemia positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo pasadas las 02:00 de la madrugada, mientras el personal realizaba patrullajes preventivos en inmediaciones del barrio Centenario, fueron alertados mediante un llamado telef\u00f3nico, que habr\u00eda dos sujetos a bordo de una motocicleta merodeando el barrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasados unos minutos divisaron la motocicleta con sus dos ocupantes, los que al notar la presencia policial intentaron eludir el control d\u00e1ndose a la fuga, pero gracias al r\u00e1pido accionar policial fueron interceptados a escasos metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras los efectivos llevaban adelante la identificaci\u00f3n de los sujetos, ellos comenzaron a tornarse agresivos y entorpecer el accionar policial; sin poder justificar su presencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica por tanto los hombres fueron demorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Tr\u00e1nsito Plaza Huincul, para que llevaran adelante el test de alcoholemia sobre el conductor del birrodado, el que arroj\u00f3 resultados positivos de 0,85 g\/l en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cuanto se procedi\u00f3 al traslado de los demorados y la motocicleta a la dependencia policial, los que quedaron a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
