{"id":7222,"date":"2021-07-05T11:59:37","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T14:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=7222"},"modified":"2021-07-05T12:00:39","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T15:00:39","slug":"1154-san-martin-de-los-andes-desbaratan-fiesta-clandestina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/1154-san-martin-de-los-andes-desbaratan-fiesta-clandestina\/","title":{"rendered":"11:54 San Mart\u00edn de Los Andes: Desbaratan fiesta clandestina"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"7222\" class=\"elementor elementor-7222\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-30ca13b1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"30ca13b1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5ef8f983\" data-id=\"5ef8f983\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c4791e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c4791e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>El pasado s\u00e1bado (03\/07), personal del Comando Radioel\u00e9ctrico, Brigada de Investigaciones, Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia y Comisar\u00eda 23\u00b0 desbarat\u00f3 una fiesta clandestina en la que participaban seis menores de edad junto a 10 mayores en la localidad tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho tuvo lugar pasadas las 03.00, cuando\u00a0 se recepcion\u00f3 un llamado telef\u00f3nico alertando de una presunta fiesta clandestina en una vivienda ubicada en calle Gabriel Saurel del barrio Villa Parque la Cascada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inmediatamente, uniformados del Comando Radioel\u00e9ctrico junto a las dem\u00e1s Unidades policiales, &nbsp;se dirigieron al lugar, constatando la veracidad del llamando, observando en el patio de la vivienda en cuesti\u00f3n una gran cantidad de personas, como as\u00ed m\u00fasica y luces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al notar la presencia del m\u00f3vil, estos ingresaron al interior del inmueble con intenciones de no ser identificados. Tras unos minutos los efectivos lograron entrevistar al propietario de la casa y al hijo, quienes fueron demorados junto a otras personas, seg\u00fan lo dispuesto por el Dr. Maximiliano Bagnat de la Fiscal\u00eda local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s los polic\u00edas constataron la presencia de seis menores, los cuales fueron entregados a sus progenitores seg\u00fan lo ordenado por el magistrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, los adultos fueron trasladados a Comisar\u00eda 23\u00b0, siendo notificados de la infracci\u00f3n al Art\u00edculo 205 del C\u00f3digo Penal
