{"id":7849,"date":"2021-07-16T09:50:23","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T12:50:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=7849"},"modified":"2021-07-16T09:52:51","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T12:52:51","slug":"0947-junin-de-los-andes-secuestraron-vehiculo-por-tala-ilegal-de-arboles-nativos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/0947-junin-de-los-andes-secuestraron-vehiculo-por-tala-ilegal-de-arboles-nativos\/","title":{"rendered":"09:47 Jun\u00edn de los Andes.- Secuestraron veh\u00edculo por tala ilegal de \u00e1rboles nativos"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"7849\" class=\"elementor elementor-7849\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6e6685eb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6e6685eb\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-65157ed6\" data-id=\"65157ed6\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ab178e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ab178e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Dos personas de 24 y 28 a\u00f1os fueron sorprendidas en la jornada del mi\u00e9rcoles&nbsp;(14-07) por personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Brigada Rural y Abigeato de Jun\u00edn de los Andes, en el momento que transportaban varas de cipreses en una camioneta, la que fue secuestrada, interviniendo personal de Guardaparques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El episodio tuvo lugar a las 18:25 horas, cuando personal policial visualiz\u00f3 una camioneta Toyota Hilux con un carro de doble eje, ingresando a la Ruta 48, identific\u00e1ndose a sus ocupantes, quienes manifestaron que llevaban madera para su vivienda y que eran pobladores del lugar, por cuanto continuaron su marcha hacia San Mart\u00edn de los Andes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos despu\u00e9s, se acerc\u00f3 al personal policial un hombre, quien inform\u00f3 que las personas que hab\u00edan pasado minutos antes con su veh\u00edculo, no ten\u00edan permiso para llevarse ning\u00fan elemento del lugar, asegurando que los mismos no eran de la zona.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera inmediata los efectivos salieron en procura de estas personas, logrando darles alcance. Se les solicit\u00f3 acreditaran propiedad de las 20 varas de \u00e1rboles nativos que transportaban, no contando con ning\u00fan tipo de documentaci\u00f3n, al igual que del veh\u00edculo en el que circulaban, por cuanto se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de personal de Guardaparques, quienes realizaron el secuestro de las varas y de una motosierra, la que habr\u00eda sido utilizada para cortar las mismas, mientras que los uniformados efectuaron el secuestro del veh\u00edculo por no contar con la documentaci\u00f3n reglamentaria para circular.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
