Un veh\u00edculo VW T-Cross, fue recuperado ayer (15-07) por personal del Departamento Sustracci\u00f3n Automotores, siendo luego restituido a su due\u00f1o, conforme lo dispuesto por la Justicia tanto de esta ciudad como la de Cipolletti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El hecho tuvo lugar esta ma\u00f1ana a las 9:00 horas, cuando personal del Departamento se encontraba realizando tareas investigativas en el B\u00b0 Toma 7 de Mayo, momento en que observaron un rodado en presunto estado de abandono. De manera inmediata se efectu\u00f3 la verificaci\u00f3n del mismo, confirm\u00e1ndose posteriormente que presentaba pedido de secuestro vigente de fecha 22 de junio del presente a\u00f1o, a solicitud de Comisar\u00eda 4\u00b0 de la ciudad de Cipolletti, en una causa por Robo con intervenci\u00f3n de la Unidad Fiscal Tem\u00e1tica 5 de esa ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se solicit\u00f3 colaboraci\u00f3n en el lugar a personal de Criminal\u00edstica, personal de Comisar\u00eda 18\u00b0 dado a que correspond\u00eda a su jurisdicci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la gr\u00faa de polic\u00eda, quienes trasladaron el auto al departamento, luego de realizadas las pericias necesarias<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alrededor del mediod\u00eda y posterior lo ordenara el Dr. Azcarate de la Fiscal\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n al P\u00fablico y Asignaci\u00f3n de Casos junto a la Dra.
