personal de Comisar\u00eda 18\u00b0 demor\u00f3 a 1 sujeto el que ten\u00eda en su poder sustancia prohibida e identific\u00f3 a su acompa\u00f1ante, el procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo sobre calle Novella y Necochea en el Oeste de la ciudad capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos antes de las 17:00 horas, mientras el personal realizaba patrullajes preventivos en la zona antes mencionada divisaron a 2 sujetos a pie y en actitud sospechosa, los que al notar la presencia policial intentaron evadirlos, por lo que procedieron a detener su marcha e identificar a los hombres de 25 y 32 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez identificados correctamente, los efectivos realizaron un palpado preventivo, donde encontraron entre las prendas del sujeto de 25 a\u00f1os, envoltorios de nylon los que conten\u00edan una sustancia de color verdosa, presumiblemente de sustancia estupefaciente; por lo que solicitaron la presencia de personal del Departamento Antinarc\u00f3ticos Neuqu\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llegar al lugar el personal id\u00f3neo, realiz\u00f3 el test correspondiente sobre cada uno de los envoltorios los que arrojaron como resultado positivo para cannabis sativa y un pesaje total de 59 gramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es loable remarcar que el acompa\u00f1ante luego de ser correctamente identificado contin\u00fao su camino, en cuanto al sujeto demorado fue notificado de la infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes, trasladado a la unidad junto a lo secuestrado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado Federal N\u00b02 de Neuqu\u00e9n Capital.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
