{"id":8619,"date":"2021-07-31T09:17:29","date_gmt":"2021-07-31T12:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/?p=8619"},"modified":"2021-07-31T09:18:47","modified_gmt":"2021-07-31T12:18:47","slug":"allanamientos-por-robo-y-recupero-de-elementos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policiadelneuquen.gob.ar\/index.php\/allanamientos-por-robo-y-recupero-de-elementos\/","title":{"rendered":"09:19 Allanamientos por robo y recupero de elementos"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"8619\" class=\"elementor elementor-8619\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-79a1c2f1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"79a1c2f1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2219d2c1\" data-id=\"2219d2c1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4604e3da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4604e3da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Ayer (30\/07) personal policial dependiente del Departamento Sustracci\u00f3n Automotores llev\u00f3 adelante distintas \u00f3rdenes de allanamientos&nbsp;dispuesta por la Justicia, que permiti\u00f3 la demora de 3 hombres, la notificaci\u00f3n por tenencia ilegal de armas a un cuarto sujeto, el secuestro de distintos elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa y un autom\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las diligencias judiciales se llevaron adelante y de manera simult\u00e1nea en domicilios de los barrios Limay, Belgrano, Don Bosco del \u00e1rea capital y un cuarto domicilio ubicado en la zona de China Muerta de la ciudad de Plottier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los allanamientos fueron el resultado de distintas investigaciones llevadas a cabo por el personal policial, y seg\u00fan lo dispusiera&nbsp;la Dra. Mariana Moreira de la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Flagrantes; los que arrojaron resultados positivos en la totalidad de los domicilios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, los pesquisas demoraron a tres hombres de 48, 24, 29 y a un cuarto de 67 a\u00f1os lo notificaron, seg\u00fan lo dispusiera la justicia por tenencia ilegal de arma de fuego, adem\u00e1s secuestraron un veh\u00edculo Volkswagen Country, el que estar\u00eda \u00edntimamente relacionado a las distintas causas investigadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los distintos domicilios diligenciados se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de dos armas de fuego, una pistola calibre 22 con 5 cartuchos en su interior, una 9 mm con sus respectivas municiones y gran cantidad de municiones 9 mm como as\u00ed cartuchos de escopeta calibre 12\/70, una suma mayor a los 300.000 pesos, discriminados en moneda nacional y extranjera, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, ropas varias, un par de patines bota color blanco y un equipo HT Baofeng con bater\u00eda y antena colocada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado se procedi\u00f3 al traslado de los demorados y la totalidad de los elementos secuestrados a la Unidad Policial, donde adem\u00e1s se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Flagrantes, desde donde dispusieron que luego del reconocimiento de los bienes recuperados los mismos fueran restituidos a sus due\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
