El operativo fue llevado a cabo el pasado lunes (09\/08), en la ciudad de Neuqu\u00e9n capital, por personal del Departamento Delitos Contra la Propiedad y Leyes Especiales, de donde se obtuvo la demora del autor del hecho.
Una causa local por Delito de instancia privada, iniciada a ra\u00edz de una denuncia judicial en Comisar\u00eda Tercera el pasado 7 de julio del a\u00f1o 2020, motiv\u00f3 a los uniformados una serie de tareas investigativas para lograr la ubicaci\u00f3n del presunto autor de hecho, ya que el mismo hab\u00eda sido declarado en rebeld\u00eda y captura por la justicia el pasado 22 de diciembre, al no encontrarlo en su domicilio.
Las arduas pesquisas dieron sus resultados logrando la ubicaci\u00f3n del domicilio del sujeto de 25 a\u00f1os, siendo demorado y a posterior trasladado a Sede Policial, quedando finalmente a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.
