Adem\u00e1s, el acompa\u00f1ante fue demorado por transgredir el Art\u00edculo 50\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo de Faltas Provincial, alterando el orden p\u00fablico cuando se realizaba un procedimiento policial.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho surgi\u00f3 en el Barrio Am\u00e9rica Norte la ciudad vecina de Plottier, donde un m\u00f3vil que realizaba patrullaje preventivo por el sector, fue solicitado por la guardia de la Dependencia Policial S\u00e9ptima a ubicar e identificar un autom\u00f3vil VW Suran con ocupantes en su interior, presuntamente en estado de ebriedad.<\/p>\n<p>Pasadas las 10:20 lograron divisar por calle Favaloro y procedieron inmediatamente a su identificaci\u00f3n, notando que el conductor emanaba un fuerte aliento et\u00edlico por lo que tr\u00e1nsito policial arrib\u00f3 al lugar, constatando mediante la correspondiente prueba de alcohotest que el hombre manejaba con un resultado positivo de 2,74 G\/L.<\/p>\n<p>Al intentar identificar a su acompa\u00f1ante, un joven de 23 a\u00f1os, \u00e9ste alter\u00f3 el orden p\u00fablico como as\u00ed se neg\u00f3 a prestar colaboraci\u00f3n, por lo que fue demorado y trasladado a Sede Policial, quedando a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al conductor, se le procedi\u00f3 a secuestrar la licencia de conducir y el rodado, que finalmente fue trasladado al predio de secuestros Expo Plottier, bajo el resguardo del Tribunal Municipal de Faltas local<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uniformados de Comisar\u00eda S\u00e9ptima de la ciudad de Plottier, procedieron en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy (22\/08), al secuestro de un autom\u00f3vil luego de que su conductor arrojara alcoholemia positiva.
